Definition

Platform: Refers to, but is not limited to, the client. Enbon Group: The single or collective name of platform operators, including but not limited to subsidiaries, branches, and affiliated companies of the group.

Ownership of Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all products, software, programs, technologies, data, and other information on the platform (including but not limited to text, images, photos, pictures, videos, audio, charts, layouts, and electronic documents) are owned by Enbon or its affiliated companies. All rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights) are reserved. Without written permission, no one is allowed to use (including but not limited to copying, disseminating, displaying, monitoring, mirroring, uploading, downloading any content from the platform through any robot, crawler, or other programs or equipment).

The logos, brands, and other words, graphics, and combinations of the platform, as well as other logos, product and service names of the platform, are the trademarks of its affiliated companies in China and other countries. Without written authorization, no one may display, use, or otherwise process these, nor indicate to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise process them.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is responsible for the content it uploads within the legal framework; the platform does not bear any responsibility for the speeches and product information published by users themselves. Some services on the platform are of an electronic bulletin board (BBS) nature, in which information (including but not limited to company names, contacts, product descriptions and instructions, related pictures, videos, etc.) is provided and uploaded by members themselves. Members shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for all information they provide and upload.

The reposting of works (including forum content) on the user platform is for the purpose of conveying more information, which does not mean that it agrees with the views expressed or confirms the authenticity of the content.

Intellectual Property Protection

We respect intellectual property rights and oppose infringement and piracy. If intellectual property rights holders believe that platform content (including but not limited to product information released by platform members) may be infringing their legitimate rights and interests, they can submit a written notice through customer service, and we will deal with it promptly upon receipt.

We highly respect the protection of users' personal information. When you use the services provided by the platform, we will collect, use, and share your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy contains the terms of our collection, storage, use, sharing, and protection of your personal information. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by the platform. It applies when you visit the platform website and/or log in to the relevant client to use the services provided by the platform. It should be noted that this Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties. For example, when a seller on the website provides services to you through the platform, the personal information you provide to the seller does not apply to this Privacy Policy.

   • To improve your security when using platform services and prevent phishing website scams and Trojan horse viruses, we may judge the risk of your account by knowing or recording some of your network usage habits, commonly used software information, and may log some URLs that we consider risky.

3. Information from Third Parties

   • To provide you with better, more personalized services, or to jointly provide services for you, or to prevent Internet fraud, the related parties and partners of the company will, in accordance with the law or agreed with you or obtained with your consent, share your personal information with us.
