Polypropylene (PP) plastic is a non-toxic, odourless and tasteless polymer and is one of the lightest of all plastics available. In addition to being non-toxic and non-polluting, it has high impact resistance, strong mechanical properties and is resistant to a wide range of organic solvents and acids and bases. These excellent properties are the reason why Enbon chose polypropylene (PP) for its use in LED screen technology.
Low cost, food safe grade. Polystyrene (PS) is the lowest cost injection moulded plastic. Food safety grade. Not suitable for mechanical applications. Polystyrene (PS) is very dimensionally stable, has a light transmission of 88-92% and is odourless, tasteless and non-toxic.Enbon uses PVC materials in LED screen technology to truly make the product energy efficient and environmentally friendly, playing a role in the protection of the environment.
Lightweight thermoplastic with good impact strength and weather resistance for outdoor applications. Polyethylene material is non-toxic, odourless and resistant to most acids and bases with low water absorption. Polyethylene's better water resistance makes LED screens waterproof in outdoor areas and is the main reason Enbon chose to apply it.
Excellent strength-to-weight ratio, impact and weather resistance. HDPE is resistant to most acids and bases and is non-toxic and odourless, with low water absorption. HDPE has good abrasion resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance; it is also chemically stable, insoluble in any organic solvent at room temperature and resistant to acids, bases and various salts; the film has low permeability to water vapour and air and low water absorption. With these excellent and comprehensive properties, Enbon has applied HDPE to LED screen technology in the most suitable way!

Heat resistant, weather resistant and toughened, polycarbonate (PC) is the plastic with the highest impact strength. High heat resistance, weatherability and toughness. PC has an excellent combination of properties such as transparency, heat resistance, dimensional stability and toughness, and can be sterilised by ethylene oxide, high energy radiation and limited autoclave cycles. PC is also used for direct contact with foodstuffs due to its heat resistance and shatter resistance. The safety of PCs is one of the reasons why Enbon has chosen to use it in LED screen technology.
High impact strength, good mechanical properties and hardness. Thermoplastic with high impact strength, good mechanical properties and hardness. Suitable for the moulding of thick-walled parts. Polyurethane elastomer with properties between plastic and rubber, resistant to oil, abrasion, low temperature, ageing, hardness and elasticity. Because of the high quality properties of polyurethane, Enbon uses LED screen technology to extend the life of the product.

PC/ABS is a thermoplastic alloy of PC and ABS that combines the excellent properties of both materials. PC/ABS has high impact strength, good thermal stability and high hardness. Enbon uses PC/ABS mainly for the processing of ultra-thin LED displays.
POM is a high stiffness, high precision, low friction, easy to process engineering thermoplastic, suitable for high stiffness, low friction, high dimensional stability of precision parts. As POM material is not easily hygroscopic, it has good dimensional stability in humid environments. That is why Enbon uses it for LED screens.
UV resistant plastic with good abrasion resistance, hardness and stiffness, Enbon chose PMMA for LED screen technology because of its excellent toughness and high UV resistance, good light transmission and thermal insulation, which helps to maximise light emission.
High machinability and ductility, good strength to weight ratio. Aluminium has a good strength-to-weight ratio, high thermal conductivity, low density and the ability to corrode naturally. Anodisable.Enbon chose the material Aluminium for use in LED screen technology, allowing it to take on the important role of heat dissipation in LED screens.Aluminium can quickly dissipate heat from within the LED screen, allowing the LED display to better adapt to the hotter outdoor weather conditions.
High tensile strength, corrosion and temperature resistance. Stainless steel has high strength, ductility, wear and corrosion resistance, good cold and hot working and easy welding. Ebon uses it in the machining and polishing of LED screens.
High machinability and weldability, high hardness. Mild steel is a low carbon metal alloy with low strength and hardness and good plasticity and toughness. Due to its good mechanical properties, machinability and low cost weldability. enbon uses LED screen technology, where it can be carburised to increase hardness.

Titanium is a metal with an excellent strength to weight ratio, low thermal expansion and high corrosion resistance, sterilisation and biocompatibility. Enbon chose Titanium as one of the materials for making LED screens because of its low density, high mechanical strength and ease of processing, which enhances the product in terms of both performance and time cost.
CNC machining of copper materials CNC machining produces parts with excellent mechanical properties, accuracy and repeatability, from metals and plastics. Three and five-axis CNC milling are available. enbon uses its technology primarily for programming machining. CNC allows a substantial reduction in the number of tooling and the processing of parts with complex shapes does not require complex tooling. Moreover, the quality of CNC machining is consistent and the machining accuracy is high.
